Who can use ArchLab? What does it cost?
ArchLab welcomes anyone to make an inquiry about our services. We offer assistance during all stages of a project as well as analysis of archaeological material. Since most services are custom tailored we kindly ask you to contact us for a price estimate via our contact form. Using the Self Service support tier is free of course!
Can I send material to ArchLab?
Yes, it is possible to send material to all of the ArchLab analytical laboratories. Depending on the type of material and questions we can also offer a package of multiproxy analysis that will provide a comprehensive picture of the site and the material. Please contact us through our contact form and we will put you in contact with the laboratory that will begin with the analysis. Also tell us in the email if you want us to suggest a package.

What is ArchLab?
ArchLab is an infrastructure for archaeological science in Sweden founded by the Universities in Umeå, Uppsala, Lund and Stockholm. The main function of Archlab is to aid in all stages of archaeologcial projects, serve as a platform for the analysis of archaeological material and provide guidance in archaeological science. ArchLab works in close collaboration with Swedigarch, the digital research infrastructure in archaeology which is specialized in data-driven analyses on archaeological information.
