Our services:

Isotope analysis, mainly ¹⁴C and associated stable isotopes (¹³C and ¹⁵N). Sample assessment and preparation for archaeological materials. As for radiocarbon dating: Tandem lab operates in close collaboration with Lund ¹⁴C -unit, providing the ArchLab accelerator infrastructure for ¹⁴C-dating. The units cooperate in the development of sample preparation protocols and calibration and chronologies for accurate dating.

Our equipment:

• MICADAS compact tandem accelerator system for ¹⁴C-analysis
• 4 compact spectrometers for stable isotope analysis
• 4 elemental analysers
• 3 AGE3-systems for automatic graphitization
• 2 tabletop XRF-systems.
